Fry's grand slam lifts Clippers to fourth straight win over the Iowa Cubs

Recap: David Fry hit a grand slam in the top of the 10th inning and the Columbus Clippers downed the Iowa Cubs for the fourth straight game. The Clippers have scored 51 runs over that stretch and it is the third straight game the Clippers have hit a grand slam. Fry's blast, his 12th of the season, scored Alex Call and Bobby Bradley, who were both hit by pitches, and Bo Naylor, who singled home Will Brennan for a 6-5 lead. Bradley and Mitchell Tolman combined for five RBIs. Peyton Battenfield struck out seven batters over six innings and allowed three runs, two earned, on nine hits, and Jake Jewell (2-2) earned the win in relief. The Clippers pitchers were only charged with two of the six Cubs' runs due to four errors.
