An agent of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) implicated in orchestrating missile attacks on Vinnytsia has been handed a 15-year prison sentence, the Ukraine’s SBU security service reported on Nov. 24.

The culprit, a 30-year-old local resident, actively assisted Russia in preparing air strikes on Vinnytsia back in June. He was apprehended by SBU operatives while executing his Russian orders.
