Former UCF star quarterback McKenzie Milton has been “fully cleared” from a horrific knee injury, Florida State coach Mike Norvell said Friday.

Milton hasn’t played since going down with a significant injury against USF in 2018. He transferred to FSU this offseason and will be able to participate in the Seminoles' spring practice, which starts next week.

“He looks great,” Norvell said.

The Seminoles will still be smart with what they asks Milton to do, just as they are with all players. But Norvell said Milton has been impressive in the weight room and with his change of direction.

“It’s been remarkable watching him,” Norvell said.
