Willian was brought into the side instead of Dan James for the Premier League visit of Aston Villa.

The pressure mounts on Steven Gerrard as Fulham cruise to a 3-0 victory over 10-man Villa. Reed opened the scoring in the first half for the hosts, lifting his shot into the corner. Mings also blocked Mitrovic's shot on the line before that. In the second half, Luiz was shown a straight red card after VAR's intervention after he leaned in as if to headbutt Mitrovic. The Serbian then dispatched a penalty with a big deflection off Martinez after Cash's handball. Mings' own goal wrapped up the scoring late on, as he turned in Kebano's cross.
