The Thunder will play one nationally televised games this season that’s not on NBATV. It will be a matchup between the top two 2022 draft picks: Paolo Banchero and Chet Holmgren. The Thunder host the Orlando Magic on Nov. 1 on TNT.

This will be the first time the Thunder have had a nationally televised game not on NBA TV since the 2020 NBA playoffs. The young trio of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren and Josh Giddey is enticing enough to garner at least a couple of ESPN and TNT appearances this season.

The Thunder will open the season on the road against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Oct. 19. The first home game for the Thunder will take place on Oct. 23 against the Timberwolves.

The Thunder will play six games in October, 16 games in November, 14 games in December, 14 games in January, 11 games in February, 17 games in March and four games in April.

The Thunder will play 13 back-to-back games this season. The All-Star break is scheduled from Feb. 16 to Feb. 22 for the Thunder.
