Funds frozen for legit claims amid unemployment fraud investigation

The number of new unemployment claims fell by nearly 30,000 for the week ending on July 11 from the week prior, and funds have been frozen for some people who have legitimate claims. A total of 37,383 new claims were filed for the week of July 11. That's down from 66,559 the week prior. It's also the first week to see a decrease in new claims since June 13.
