She was pronounced deceased at 6:18 p.m. Friday at St. Louis University Hospital, according to the St. Louis Medical Examiner’s Office.

Wolfersberger Funeral Home in O’Fallon said Wednesday that a full obituary is being prepared for Maddie but released the following schedule of services:

Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Cornerstone Christian Church at 775 N. Green Mount Road in Shiloh.

In honor of Maddie, visitors have been asked to consider wearing pink on Sunday.

The funeral service will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday at the church with Pastor Chris VandeLinde officiating. Burial will conducted during a private ceremony with the family at the O’Fallon City Cemetery.

“The family is especially grateful to the O-Town community for the outpouring of love, kindness and thoughtful remembrances and stories that have been shared over the past few days, and to Cornerstone Church for their support,” the notice said. “The stories and photos have been a special gift to Maddie’s parents and brother, and will serve as a lasting tribute to how Maddie has touched many lives.”
