Earlier in the day Wilkinson was killed, he heard a divorce case involving Argote in which the judge awarded custody of Argote's children to the children's mother.

Argote's vehicle, a Mercedes SUV, was discovered Saturday off Bottom Road on former former GST AutoLeather tannery, also formerly known as Byron Leather, near Williamsport.

Tactical teams and other law enforcement searched the area, including vacant buildings on the tannery property, but there was no sign of Argote.

There was no new information in the case as of Tuesday morning.
