Voters in Van Wert's 2A precinct are deciding today whether to allow the restaurant, Beer Barrel, to sell alcoholic beverages on Sundays. The state of Ohio requires businesses who sell alcohol to get authorization from people in their respected precincts in order to be able to sell alcohol on Sundays. The restaurant plans to open a location on Towne Center Boulevard.
