Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade List Miami Mansion for $32.5 Million

Are Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union cutting ties with Florida? The couple purchased a $6 million home in Los Angeles in 2018, and in April, Wade retired from the NBA after years of playing for the Miami Heat. Now, they’ve reportedly listed their Miami Beach mansion for $32.5 million.

The stunning home, which Wade bought for $10.645 million in 2010, features six bedrooms and is perched directly on the waterfront. It has since been renovated to create a “classic East Coast–inspired Spanish architecture infused with countless contemporary amenities and exquisite custom details,” according to the listing.

Throughout the 14,000-square-foot home, there are numerous places for relaxing and entertaining. The interior features a chef’s kitchen, several formal and informal living areas, a wine room, a state-of-the-art movie theater, and, uniquely, a barbershop. There are six bedrooms total, including a master suite which boasts a separate seating area, private balcony, and large spa-like bathroom with a separate tub and glass shower.

Design details like dark-stained hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, and arched windows all enhance the “breathtaking classic American manor details, soul-soothing elements, and chic modern comforts,” notes the listing. And given the home’s position on the northern tip of Miami Beach, the sunset is visible from every room.

The grounds are just as spectacular. The one-acre property is situated behind private gates and includes a swimming pool complete with a large patio for sunbathing and cabana with a wet bar and grill that overlooks Biscayne Bay. There is also a covered outdoor living area and dock for easy access to the water. Of course, it wouldn’t be the home of an NBA star without a basketball court, which sits toward the street side of the property.
