Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Sold Their Sherman Oaks Home for 5.7 Million—See Inside

Celeb couple Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union have finally sold their Los Angeles home for $5.7 million. According to a report by theNew York Post, the couple listed the Sherman Oaks estate at $6.2 million in March of last year, after buying if for $5.9 million following a major renovation.

The villa-style home is three stories, has a gated entryway, French doors throughout, and a ton of natural light. It boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, but it's best asset might me the amazing view of the city afforded by its terrance and wrap-around balconies located on the top floors.

Some other selling points include a newly remodeled kitchen, primany bedroom, 6 car garage, and state-of-the-art kitchen, plus a home theater, walk-in closets, and a lavish temperature-controlled wine room.

The Bring It On star and the two-time NBA Champion now live with their children in the 22,000 square feet Hidden Hills property they bought back in 2020 for $17.9 million.
