Shoppers across the country were pumped to hear the ready-to-assemble furniture store plans to build eight flagship and nine smaller locations across the U.S.

With the Atlanta location just a few hours away, IKEA might be a longshot for Knoxville.

But it got us thinking: What restaurants and stores does Knoxville still need? What entertainment, dining and retail experiences are we missing as our region grows?
