About the Ducks

  • Oregon has a chance to get its first season sweep of Oregon State since the 2019-20 season. The Ducks beat the Beavers 75-67 on Dec. 11 at Matthew Knight Arena in the Pac-12 opener for both teams. Though Oregon State has won three of the last five games in the rivalry, Oregon hasn’t lost at Gill Coliseum since Feb. 18, 2019 — a string of three straight road wins for the Ducks.

  • Senior guard Endyia Rogers is the fifth-leading scorer in the conference at 15.9 points per game, and the most accurate 3-pointer shooter at 47.5% (38-for-80). But just counting conference games, Rogers leads the Pac-12 with 21.0 points per game, including a 34-point game against the Beavers and a 33-point game last Sunday against Washington State.

  • As of Thursday, Phillipina Kyei still hadn't been cleared for full contact according to coach Kelly Graves, and is questionable for Friday's game. She left the overtime loss to the Cougars on Sunday late in the third quarter and was put in concussion protocol. The 6-foot-8 sophomore center is the leading rebounder in the Pac-12 and ranks sixth in the nation at 11.5 per game.

About the Beavers

  • Oregon State has lost six of its last 10 — starting with the loss to Oregon in December — and two straight after getting swept at home by the Washington schools last week.

  • The Beavers are led by guard Talia von Oelhoffen who averages 15.6 points per game. But they also lean on freshman forward Raegan Beers, who averages 14.7 points, 8.9 rebounds and is shooting 57.8% from the floor.
