A new sports bar has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Adams Morgan, called The Game Sports Pub, is located at 2411 18th St. NW. The newcomer offers American and international dishes — like Filipino beef pares, featuring braised beef brisket, garlic fried rice and a side of beef broth; and the Early Tailgate Burger, boasting Creekstone beef, dark-beer chili, jack and cheddar, a runny egg, mustard and a special sauce, served with fries or salad. On the cocktail side, a FIlipino classic, the Weng Weng, packs a punch with bourbon, brandy, rum, tequila, gin, vodka, pineapple, orange and grenadine. There's also beer, wine and the daily punch.
