Game trailer: Ohio State relishes in 'opportunity' ahead of CFP matchup with UGA football

Heading into the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Peach Bowl against No. 1 Georgia, all Ohio State wide receiver Kamryn Babb needed to describe the Buckeyes' mentality was one word.

Opportunity.

"We have an opportunity to tell our story the way we want to tell it," Babb said to open the Buckeyes' game trailer. "Every team has a different story. And the best of those stories are the ones with a tougher route."

Since its inception in 2014, the Buckeyes have played in six Playoff games, and have won three games: the Sugar Bowl against Alabama and the national championship against Oregon to end the 2014 season, and the Sugar Bowl against Clemson in 2020 before falling to Alabama in the national championship.

The only SEC team Ohio State has faced in the Playoff is Alabama, while also facing Clemson three times and the Ducks once.

However, Ohio State is coming off a 45-23 loss to Michigan in the final game of the regular season, keeping the Buckeyes out of the Big Ten championship.

Ohio State will kick off against Georgia in the Peach Bowl at 8 p.m. Saturday on ESPN.

Georgia is ready for its opportunity against the Buckeyes too.

"Every champion started as a contender that refused to give up," Bill Goldberg, a former Georgia defensive lineman-turned-professional wrestler, began. "When the bell rings, that clock starts. For 60 minutes, it's going to be a dogfight.
