UND 1, Omaha 0 — Jackson Kunz (Ty Farmer, Cooper Moore) 1:36. UND gets a chance after Riese Gaber walks an Omaha defender and sets up Owen McLaughlin. That one doesn't go, but the puck gets back out to the point, where Farmer launches a point shot toward the net. Kunz tips it past Simon Latkoczy to give the Fighting Hawks an early lead.

UND 1, Omaha 1 — Tyler Weiss (Cameron Berg, Jimmy Glynn) 5:08. Omaha converts a two-on-one to tie it up. Defenseman Cooper Moore gets caught in the offensive zone and two of Omaha's better players go the other way. Berg launches a shot that UND goalie Drew DeRidder kicks aside, but Weiss follows up and buries the rebound.
