Games and Chains meetup to take place in London this week

Games and Chains – a blockchain gaming meetup co-hosted by the Crypto Curry Club and BlockchainGamer.biz – is set to take place in London later this week.

The inaugural event will take place on Thursday August 22 2019 from 6:30pm until 9pm.

Games and Chains is one of the first events to be held in the UK capital that will focus solely on blockchain gaming, bringing together an array of founders, developers, and influential people from behind the scenes.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to check out some upcoming blockchain gaming projects, play games in virtual reality (VR), and learn more about how blockchain technology can enhance the gaming experience.

Attending the event is the team behind Reality Clash, an augmented reality first-person shooter (FPS) mobile game launched in the UK. The team will be hosting a live VR tournament for attendees to take part in.

The Pillar Project will also be in attendance to showcase the Pillar Wallet and how it can facilitate microtransactions, particularly with digital collectibles in video games.

Alongside Reality Clash and the Pillar Project, FunFair Technologies – a leading blockchain gaming platform which delivers fast and fair casino experiences – will also be displaying its new technology for casino games.

The Games and Chains event will take place at WeWork, 2 Eastbourne Terrace, London, W2 6LG.

Tickets can be purchased here and include drinks, food, and entry into all the event’s games, including Reality Clash’s VR tournament.
