Garth Brooks’ Youngest Daughter Allie Colleen Scores Top-40 Country Hit

Like daddy like daughter!

There’s a new generation of hitmakers in the Brooks family.

Allie Colleen, the youngest daughter of Garth Brooks and his first wife Sandy, has scored her first country hit with "Ain't the Only Hell (My Momma Raised)." The soaring track made it as high as No. 30 on the Mediabase charts last week.

Colleen, whose full name is Allie Colleen Brooks, is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter. The 24-year-old up-and-comer co-wrote "Ain't the Only Hell (My Momma Raised)," which is about a young woman who finds an old photo of her mother and imagines what she was like when she was her age.

A 2018 graduate of Nashville's Belmont University, Colleen has been performing since she was just 14 years old, including stints as a back-up singer for her famous dad.

Colleen recently made headlines for testing positive for COVID-19 back in July. Her startling diagnosis prompted her father and stepmom Trisha Yearwood to postpone a livestream concert “out of an abundance of caution.”

Fortunately, she only suffered a sore throat from the virus.

"Truth is, as a parent, nobody knows what COVID's going to do in the future. So, you just watch over them, hug them. You pray for them a lot,” Garth said at the time. “Hopefully, she'll come out of this thing with just that. That would be wonderful. My love and heart go out to those parents that are losing children.”
