Gaston County businesses that violated state ABC laws in 2022

Seven Gaston County businesses paid fines in 2022 to avoid suspensions of state permits to sell alcohol.

The ABC Commission revoked all alcohol permits in 2022 from one Gaston County business, Remedies, although it continues to serve food. Remedies was the location of a November 2020 shooting that left six injured, including two Gastonia Police officers working off-duty security at the Union Road nightclub.
