Gastonia, Shelby area high school football schedule for Week 7

With Hurricane Ian forecasted to bring rain to the area Friday, high school football teams in Cleveland, Gaston and Lincoln counties confirmed plans to dodge the wet weather.

Instead of their customary Friday kickoff, teams will hit the field Thursday night. Here's a look at Week 7 throughout the coverage area, with kickoff at 7:30 p.m. unless noted otherwise.
