General Staff: Russians to mine bridges and dams near Tavilzhanka in Kharkiv Oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine states that Russian invaders are planning to destroy roads, bridges and dams in the area of Tavilzhanka, Kharkiv Oblast.

More details: In addition, the General Staff reports that Russia is preparing for covert mobilisation in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast.
In particular, all state and municipal institutions were ordered to submit lists of persons with deferment from military service to the occupation military commissariat in the city of Horlivka. All these people will be considered by special commissions, with subsequent conscription for military service in the ranks of the occupation army.
