General Staff: The Russians are storming the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions

The Russians are carrying out assault operations near Rubizhne in Kharkiv Oblast and in Sievierodonetsk in Luhansk Region, as well as in Zolote on the Bakhmut front, and near Berestovo in Donetsk Region.

Details: On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the Russian forces undertook no active combat operations. As part of inspecting the combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Belarus, exercises were conducted with units of the Special Operations Forces.
On the Siversk front, the Russian forces continue mortar shelling settlements in border areas, including civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlement of Mykhalchyna Sloboda, Chernihiv Oblast.
On the Kharkiv front, the Russian occupying forces focused their main efforts on maintaining the occupied frontiers. To restrain the actions of units of the Defence Forces, they are subjecting Ukrainian troop positions to systematic fire. In addition, the Russian occupiers fired on civilian infrastructure in Dementiivka, Ruska Lozova, Mospanove and Bazalivka. The Russian forces have remotely mined the area close to Bairak, Peremoha and Shestakovo. They are engaged in assault operations near Rubizhne. The fighting continues.
Systematic artillery shelling by the occupiers was recorded on the Sloviansk front near the settlements of Tetianivka, Chepil, Dolyna, Dibrivne and Bohorodychne.
The occupiers undertook no active combat operations on the Lyman front. They fired artillery at civilian infrastructure in the Siversk area.
On the Sievierodonetsk front, the invaders fired on civilian infrastructure in Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Bila Hora, Ustynivka, Toshkivka and others. There have been helicopter strikes near Metolkino.
The invaders are conducting assaults in the city of Sievierodonetsk. The fighting continues. They are regrouping troops and trying to strengthen the group.
On the Bakhmut front, the occupiers fired at Ukrainian troops from mortars and from conventional and rocket artillery in Mykolaivka, Berestove, Vrubivka, Pokrovske and Niu-Iork. Russian army aircraft launched an air strike near Bilohorivka.
Near Berestove, Ukrainian soldiers repulsed an assault by the occupiers, inflicted losses on the Russians and forced them to retreat to their former positions. Russian occupying forces are conducting assault operations in Zolote. The fighting continues.
The aggressor did not conduct active hostilities on the Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavliv and Zaporizhzhia fronts. They fired on civilian infrastructure near Avdiivka, Marinka and Huliaipole. They struck with ground-attack and army aircraft in the areas of Sribne and Mali Shcherbaky. They conducted fighting reconnaissance in battle near Pavlivka.
On the Pivdennyi Buh front, the invaders fired on Ukrainian troops units and tried to fight the counter-battery.
In the areas of Trudoliubivka, Tokareve, Bashtanka, Kvitneve, Luch, Tavriiske, and Oleksandrivka, the Russian occupiers fired at the infrastructure with artillery, mortars, and multiple rocket launchers. They conduct reconnaissance in this direction using UAVs [Unmanned aerial vehicles]. They remotely mined some parts of the river Inhulets. They also continue engineering equipment positions.
The situation on the Besarabskyi front has not changed significantly.
