'He was a gentle soul': Stockton father killed in crash remembered as loving, caring

Days after Reginald Hill died in a crash over the weekend, family members are coming together to remember the 37-year-old Stockton father as a loving, kind and caring man. "He was just so loveable and very loquacious and talked to everybody," Tatiana Tatoowi-Nuñez, Hill's niece said. The crash happened Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street, police said. In surveillance video shared with KCRA 3, Hill's car is seen driving through the intersection. Stockton police said the car that collided with Hill's, was driven by a 15-year-old. The teen now faces vehicular manslaughter charges.
