Gentleman Jack is set to return for series two in just two weeks' time, the BBC has confirmed.
Fans of the period drama based on the real-life diaries of Anne Lister (Suranne Jones) have been eagerly awaiting news of the new episodes and have now been told to expect it back on screens on Sunday, 10 April.

A trailer for the series has also been released along with the air date, showing the residents of Halifax struggling to adjust to Lister and Ann Walker (Sophie Rundle) living as wife and wife at Shibden Hall.
Walker insists: "We are respectable ladies," but a number of characters are shown disagreeing, both to her face and behind her back.
The drama written by Happy Valley creator Sally Wainwright features plenty of intimate scenes between the two women as their romance continues, but their relationship looks set to be rocked by Lister's past.

Lydia Leonard appears as Mariana Lawton, who questions Lister about how much her wife knows about her previous relationships, while Walker is shown looking concerned.
The series might start off looking as though Lister has control of the area around Shibden Hall, but she and Walker are set for some tough times, too.
It's 1834 and Halifax is on the brink of revolution, with scenes of explosions and fire at local businesses featured in the trailer.
However, the locals are just as scared by Lister's entrepreneurial spirit as they are by her love life, so the battle is far from over for the two women.
Joanna Scanlan also joins this series of Gentleman Jack as guest cast, playing Anne Lister’s outrageous former lover Isabella ‘Tib’ Norcliffe.
Returning stars include Gemma Whelan, Gemma Jones, Timothy West, Katherine Kelly and Stephanie Cole.
Gentleman Jack series two will air in eight weekly episodes, beginning on Sunday, 10 April at 9pm on BBC One.
