Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby confirms engagement

Former Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has announced her engagement to boyfriend Jake Ankers.
The couple have been in a relationship for two years, with the pair welcoming a daughter in October 2022, and have now confirmed the next step.
"Happiest woman in the world," Crosby wrote on Instagram, accompanying an image of Jake on one knee on a rooftop surrounded by roses.

"Yes yes yes and yes @jake_ankers you are my best friend you are my life. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M ENGAGED AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Best night ever."
The comment section was flooded with congratulatory messages, with some of Crosby's former co-stars offering their well wishes.
"Amazing news congratulations! I'm absolutely made up for you both," wrote James Tindale, with Kyle Christie adding: "Amazing news absolutely buzzing for you, KNEW you were gunna do it JAKE!"
Crosby has fronted several documentaries since her time on the MTV reality show, with the BBC airing Charlotte in Sunderland earlier this year. The programme followed her as she returned to her hometown, juggling her professional and personal life as she raised a baby.

"Viewers will get to see my relationship with my partner Jake which I've previously been quite private about, my whole pregnancy journey and obviously the birth of my beautiful little girl Alba," Crosby said of the series.
"This show I can say wholeheartedly is the most personally intense show that I've ever filmed in my life. I can only say this show is up there as one of the best, most in-depth insights into my life that you will ever get to see."
Crosby appeared on Geordie Shore as a main cast member from 2011 until 2016, with the star making a guest appearance last year; she has also appeared on two series' of Celebs Go Dating and the Australian edition of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.
