"The Tender Bar" director raved over Ben's work in the film, telling Deadline in a new interview published on Friday that he hopes the award recognition Ben has received for his performance so far earns him another Oscar nod. "He put his neck out there, and he really worked hard on this, and he hasn't been acknowledged much as an actor, and he's a really wonderful actor … I'm a giant fan of his," George said in part.
