George Floyd Hologram Projected in Front of Confederate Statue in Richmond, Virginia

A hologram projected the image of George Floyd in front of a statue of Confederate general Robert E Lee in Richmond, Virginia, on July 28.

Floyd’s death on May 25 during his arrest by Minneapolis Police sparked nationwide protests against police brutality and racial injustice, including in the city of Richmond. The hologram featured an image of Floyd, as well as the message: “Keep Fighting.”
