According to BCSO, during the early morning hours on Sunday two juvenile girls reported to a deputy that one of them had been forcibly raped. During an interview, the accuser stated Green held a knife to her and forced her to participate in various sex acts with him against her will.

During the initial investigation, the girls identified Green as the suspect when he drove by the deputy and the accuser on a golf cart. Deputies reportedly made contact with Green and detained him while BCSO Criminal Investigations responded to the scene.

The victim was taken to a local hospital to meet with a sexual assault nurse examiner where it was determined there was physical evidence of a sexual assault.

A search warrant was conducted at Green’s residence where investigators were reportedly able to locate several key pieces of evidence that corroborated the accuser’s statement.

Green was booked into the Bay County Jail and is awaiting his first appearance.
