Georgia police search for man wanted on child molestation, rape charges

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office asked the public to help locate a man wanted for child sex crimes.

DCSO said 42-year-old Terrice Montie Smith is wanted for aggravated child molestation, child molestation and statutory rape.

Authorities did not say what Smith did that led to the charges. It’s unclear how many victims are involved.

Officials said Smith was known to be living in Douglasville in the area of Dallas Highway near Stewarts Middle School. Authorities added he also could be in the area of Lake Monroe Road off of Fairburn Road.

Smith is described as being 5 foot 11 inches and weighing 185 pounds.
