Ghana's opposition leader Akufo-Addo wins presidential election

ACCRA (Reuters) - Ghana's main opposition leader Nana Akufo-Addo won Wednesday's national election, defeating President John Mahama, electoral commissioner Charlotte Osei said on Friday.
