Ghostly tours set for Old Economy, Ambridge

AMBRIDGE - People tell tales of strange happenings at Old Economy Village.

Some have heard footsteps when no other human was there. Others report seeing ghostly visions of a Harmonist man strolling the gardens of the Ambridge historic site.

"We encourage you to bring any hand-held ghost hunting equipment and your sense of adventure to this event," an Old Economy announcement said. "Several building will be open for you to explore as well as the museum grounds."

Unlike last year's After Dark tours, a section of the village's Rapp Houses will be open.
