Recently, RuPaul’s Drag Race season six and All Stars 4 star Gia Gunn started a series of TikTok videos where she’s rate, rank, and/or react to other queens from the franchise.

During an initial video, Gunn proceeds to “rank these queens in order of how bad they’d get clocked if they were trans.” As she starts to rank the queens, a remix of Monica Beverly Hillz’s “Not a Soul Can Clock” is playing in the background.

When Akashia’s appears in the filter animation as the first queen to be rated, Gunn reacts with: “B*tch, you are a [t-word], you’re not getting spooked one bit.” This means that the video already starts with a word that could’ve potentially led to Gunn’s TikTok ban: the t-word, which is often used as a slur against transgender women. For context, Gunn is a transgender woman herself, but it’s likely that the platform doesn’t want the slur to be used by anyone, under no circumstances.

Gunn goes on to say that queens like Mayhem Miller, Crystal Methyd, Joey Jay, Victoria “Porkchop” Parker, and Naysha Lopez “would get clocked” if they were trans, according to Gunn’s logic. Meanwhile, Gunn doesn’t believe that Akashia, Bosco, Brooke Lynn Hytes, Trinity the Tuck, and Kahanna Montrese would get clocked.

It didn’t take long for Gunn to share a second part in her series of TikTok videos ranking Drag Race contestants. This time, the premise was to say “one word that comes to mind” when she sees each queen.

Gunn uttered the following reactions to the queens that popped up on the filter animation: Dax ExclamationPoint (“not sure”), Jaida Essence Hall (“talented”), Jade (“trade”), Manila Luzon (“sister”), Vivienne Pinay (“Asian”), Kelly Mantle (“trans”), Shangela (“questionable”), Yvie Oddly (“big d*ck”), Jasmine Masters (“funny”), Blair St. Clair (“fishy”).

As of Thursday, August 3, fans noticed that Gia Gunn’s official TikTok account (@gia_gunn3) had been banned from the social media platform.

As previously stated, Gunn’s usage of the t-word could be the reason why her account was banned on the website. In turn, fans speculate that if enough people reported Gunn’s profile for a variety of reasons, TikTok might’ve taken down her profile solely due to the volume of reports.

We’ll stay tuned for new updates regarding Gunn’s TikTok account, and whether the Drag Race star will return to the platform.
