Giant violin brings Vivaldi to Venice canal

The boat was built as a tribute to COVID-19 victims and to symbolize the rebirth of the city following the ravages of the pandemic.

Musicians performed works by Venice's most famous musical son, Vivialdi.

The 12-meter by four meter craft has been named "Violin of Noah" and was built by artist Livio De Marchi, who is also known as the Carpenter of 'Venice'.
