Giants-Commanders flexed to Sunday night in Week 15

The New York Giants and Washington Commanders will play on Sunday night in Week 15.

The game, which was widely expected to be played on Saturday, was ultimately shifted to primetime on Sunday following their Week 13 tie. For Washington, it will be their second consecutive game against the Giants with a bye squeezed in between.

Instead of Giants-Commanders, the Saturday slate will be as follows:

  • 1:00 PM ET — Indianapolis Colts vs. Minnesota Vikings

  • 4:30 PM ET — Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns

  • 8:15 PM ET — Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills

A Week 13 tie between the Giants and Commanders made the Week 15 contest much more important. The game is now an essential playoff game with the winner significantly more likely to make the playoffs than the loser.

The Giants will host the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 14 while the Commanders, as noted, will take a week off with the hopes of getting healthy.
