Gideon’s Bakehouse In Disney Springs Announced A New Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie
Gideon's Bakehouse is one of the newer storefronts at Disney Springs in Orlando and while it officially opened up last month, it already has an insane following. Upon its Disney Springs grand opening, guests waited up to 11 hours to try out its cookies!!! In honor of the upcoming spring season, the cookie shop released an all-new treat that features the supreme flavor duo of chocolate and peanut butter.
The bakehouse is well known for its massive cookies, with each of them weighing in at just under half a pound. Every cookie is made with intense detail, with some batches taking up to 24 hours to prepare. The owner of Gideon's spent 15 years perfecting his cookie formula that features a rich and crispy outside and a doughy warm inside every time.
Fans wait for hours to get their hands on the classic chocolate chip cookie or something more complex like the pistachio toffee dark chocolate, and now those that love all things peanut butter and chocolate can choose a new cookie that is to their liking. The peanut butter chocolate swirl cookie is made with Gideon's popular peanut butter dough mixed with chocolate dough and is then topped with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and house-made candied peanuts for extra crunch.
This peanut butter chocolate swirl will be a limited edition cookie for the month of March, Gideon's posted on its Instagram page. Limited-edition cookies such as this one are known to sell out daily, so there is a limit of two cookies per customer. Gideon's Bakehouse also posted on its page saying there will be more special drops and announcements in the coming weeks, hinting that there may be an opportunity for taste testing in the near future via the caption. "So many of you ask to be taste testers? Dreams do come true✨" the store wrote.
