SiriusXM star Howard Stern will dedicate his Howard101 channel to Gilbert Gottfried this weekend. Fans of the funnyman, who died Tuesday, will hear his unmistakably loud, shrill and hilarious voice from 10 a.m. Saturday through Sunday evening.

A statement from SiriusXM said “Howard Stern Remembers Gilbert Gottfried” programming “will feature favorite moments from Gottfried’s decades of appearances, including his very first; plus his legendary interactions with Stern’s callers; his stories about his season on ‘Saturday Night Live;’ and his reaction to being fired by AFLAC after joking about the Japanese Tsunami.”

Gottfried appeared on Stern’s radio show 122 times over the years. On Wednesday, Stern eulogized Gottfried for an hour, calling him “one of the most naturally funny, most gifted human beings on the planet.”

According to Stern, he went to great lengths to help Gottfried become a superstar, but the 67-year-old Brooklyn native wouldn’t follow advice from anyone.

“He just marched to the beat of his own drum,” Stern said.

Comedians including Colin Quinn, Susie Essman and Dave Attell attended Gottfried’s star-studded funeral in Westchester on Thursday.
