Louisa Jacobson can breathe deeply again.

Out of her corsets, the “Gilded Age” star was enjoying her oxygen at the Jason Wu show on Sunday in Greenpoint. “I’m taking advantage of the time I have not to wear them,” she told Alexa from her front row seat, between ballet prodigy Misty Copeland and actor Diane Kruger.

“Wardrobe built these beautiful, comfortable corsets. They’re not as painful as they would have been back in the actual Gilded Age. They don’t hurt unless you tie them too tight, which is what I did season one,” she said. “Then you get sore.”

Fans applauded the romantic smooch that Jacobson’s character Marian Brook shared with “new money” neighbor Larry Russell at the end of season two, after she broke off one engagement and was jilted by a beau. “Everyone loved the kiss,” she said. “Everyone was Team Larry, and it was really exciting to see the support. Marian really deserves a good guy for a change.”

Jacobson is a fan of New York Fashion Week, which she describes as her Super Bowl. “I love clothes, I love fashion. I love to shop, but I actually like to buy pre-owned or vintage. I prefer that, it’s more sustainable, which is something that I try to be mindful of. I take hand-me-downs from my siblings.”

In a dark and cavernous room with a drone flying overhead, Wu showed a moody collection of long asymmetrical pieces with elaborate seaming, draped sweaters with sweeping scarf details and artisanal gold dresses.

Speaking of good guys, the gracious designer brought his entire team out on the runway for a bow at the end of the presentation. They shared a group hug.
