Gina Yashere has slammed those taking her jokes out of context “to justify their b******* attacks” against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The comedian, 48, spoke up after a clip of her commenting on Markle started doing the rounds online.
In the clip, Yashere was saying people in America did not really think of Markle as being “super Black” and gave the reasons.

The joke was shared by someone online with a comment about it being a “takedown” of Markle, but Yashere waded in to set the record straight.
Sharing a longer segment on her own Twitter account, she explained: “Just to let the f******* who are sharing a clip of this video out of context, to justify their b******* attacks against #harryandmeghan.
“Here is the full version where I am actually attacking the racism of the British press.
“Carry on."
In the post shared by Yashere, she talks about press coverage of Markle.
The star said that in one article Markle was referred to as being “(almost) straight outta Compton”.
“She isn’t!” she said. “She actually went to a private school in Hollywood.
“But she’s Black, she’s on the West Coast, so she must be in NWA.”

Yashere said in another post: "Do not take a video from the Daily Show & cut a clip from it, completely out of context to shore up your b*******. Let's get this straight. I BELIEVE EVERY WORD that Harry & Meghan are saying, & whoever watches the video in its entirety will know this is far from a takedown."
