Monday, the sunshine will return but the temperatures will likely remain below freezing. Winds will be out of the northwest around 5 to 10 mph. A weak clipper will pass through the Midwest Tuesday, there could be some flurries or a passing snow shower. Temperatures in the afternoon will climb into the lower to mid 30s.
