Girl, 12, killed in crash on Interstate 95 in Delaware County

Authorities confirm 27-year-old Cynthis Rogriguez of Woodlyn, Pa., lost control of her vehicle, ejecting her and a 12-year-old girl.

- Action News has learned a 12-year-old girl was killed and four other children were injured during a crash on I-95 in Delaware County. Police say the crash happened just after 11:30 yesterday morning at Exit 9 in Tinicum Township. Investigators say the 27-year-old driver lost control of the car, which then flipped over. She remains in critical condition. Four children, ages 10, nine, six, and two months old, along with a 34-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
