It's Girl Scout Cookie season. Here's what's new, how to buy in Corpus Christi area
It's that time of year again.
Girl Scouts are bringing back the sweets that cookie-lovers crave year-round, returning with longtime favorites and a new addition: Adventurefuls.
Adventurefuls are a brownie-inspired cookie topped with caramel-flavored creme and sea salt. The new cookie joins the ranks of other all-time favorites, including Caramel Chocolate Chips, Caramel deLites, Do-si-dos, S'mores, Lemonades, Lemon-Ups, Peanut Butter Tagalongs, Short Bread Trefoils, Toast-Yay!, and Toffee-tastic.
In addition to the new flavor, Girl Scouts are introducing a new way to get cookies. Starting in February, Girl Scout Cookies will be available nationwide on DoorDash. All proceeds will go directly to local troops.
Girl Scout Cookies will be for sale in South Texas until Feb. 27.

To order on-demand delivery, visit www.doordash.com or download the app and search "Girl Scouts." The Girl Scouts of the USA says if the cookies aren't immediately available, continue to check back in to find a local troop.
