Championship game, Saturday October 29:

No. 1 Archbishop Wood 2, No. 2 Lansdale Catholic 1

Freshman Paige Eckert has been a huge part of the Vikings' team since day one, when she scored a goal in her very first high school game. On Saturday, in the biggest game of her young high school career, Eckert clinched the Philadelphia Catholic League championship for the Vikings, scoring the game-winning goal in overtime. Eckert also scored the Vikings' first goal, which tied the game at 1-1. Megan Steinbach scored for Lansdale Catholic with 26 minutes remaining in regulation.

District 1/D12 PIAA Qualifier, November 4:

Lansdale Catholic defeated District One Class 2A champion Nazareth Academy 1-0 to advance to the PIAA state tournament. The Crusaders will play the No. 2 seed from District 3 in Tuesday's opener.

Semifinals, Tuesday October 25:

No. 1 Archbishop Wood 3, No. 4 Conwell-Egan 0

Ava DeGeorge scored twice to send the defending PCL champions back to the title game. Daryn Savage netted the first goal of the game for the Vikings. Wood will take on Lansdale Catholic in Saturday’s championship game. The Vikings bested LC 1-0 in the regular season.

No. 2 Lansdale Catholic 3, No. 3 Archbishop Ryan 0

Megan Steinbach scored two goals as the Crusaders shutout Archbishop Ryan to advance to the PCL Championship on Saturday. Delaney King also scored for the Crusaders, who last won the title in 2018.

First Round, October 21:

No. 4 Conwell-Egan 1, No. 5 Archbishop Carroll 0

Junior Mya Aizen crushed a 30-yard shot, giving the Eagles an early lead that would hold until the end of the PCL first round game. Aizen had missed her entire freshman season with an ACL injury, according to Philadelphia Sports Digest. The Eagles’ defense, led by Samantha Terry, Connie Wojton and goalie Katharine Brennan, held Carroll to a shutout. The Eagles will play top-seeded Archbishop Wood in Tuesday’s semifinal. Wood won the regular season matchup, 2-0.

No. 3 Archbishop Ryan 4, No. 6 Little Flower 0

District One

Class 4A (six teams advance to PIAA tournament)

Championship, Saturday, November 5:

No. 5 Neshaminy 3, No. 14 Central Bucks East 2

Neshaminy was leading Central Bucks East, 2-1, in the final two minutes of the District One Class 4A girls' soccer championship game. Then with one minute remaining in regulation, Patriots senior midfielder Gwyn Krystkiewicz found the back of the net to tie the game, 2-2, with her second goal of the contest.

Neshaminy quickly moved down the field. Sophomore forward Kylie Maxwell, who already had a goal and an assist, sent a pass to the left side of the box. Senior Aidyn Tierney got her foot on the ball, sent it in toward the left side of the frame, off an East player’s hip, and past Patriots’ goalie Mae Leedy for the game-winning goal with 46 seconds left. Neshaminy held on to win its first district title since 2016, 3-2.

Semifinals, Tuesday, November 1:

No. 14 Central Bucks East 4, No. 26 Central Bucks West 1

The Patriots’ offense exploded in the second half, scoring three goals to break a 1-1 tie and send CB East to the championship game. Mackenzie Gausch gave CB West an early lead, scoring one minute into the game. Elliot Forney tied it up for CB East a few minutes before halftime. Gwyn Krystkiewicz netted a goal in the second half that would hold as the game-winner. Cam Williams and Jessie Bernabe added a goal apiece. CB East will face No. 5 Neshaminy in Saturday’s championship game. CB West, which already clinched a PIAA playoff berth, will play top-seeded Conestoga in the third-place game.

No. 5 Neshaminy 2 (4-3 PKs), No. 1 Conestoga 2

In a tangle with No. 1 Conestoga, all four goals were scored in the first half, which gave way to a defensive battle through two overtime periods. With the semifinal coming down to penalty kicks, goalie Hannah Labadie made a game-saving save on Conestoga's penalty kick to clinch the victory for Neshaminy. Gyzell Rowan and Carly Fox scored for Neshaminy against the Conestoga defense that hadn’t given up a goal yet in the postseason. Neshaminy will take on 14th-seeded CB East in the championship game on Saturday. Neshaminy won the regular season matchup between the teams.

Playbacks:

Pennridge defeated Abington in the first round of playbacks, which ended the Ghosts' season.

CB West fell to Conestoga 4-0 and Pennridge defeated Owen J. Roberts 2-1 in the next round. CB West will be the No. 4 seed in the PIAA state tournament, and Pennridge the No. 5 seed.

Quarterfinals, Saturday, October 28

No. 5 Neshaminy 1, No. 4 Lower Merion 0 (OT)

Kylie Maxwell, fresh off a three-goal game in the second round, was the hero in Neshaminy’s quarterfinal win. Maxwell scored the game-winner in overtime to send Neshaminy on to the semifinals. Neshaminy will face No. 1 Conestoga in Tuesday’s semifinal.

No. 26 Central Bucks West 0 (4-3 PK), No. 2 Pennridge 0

The Bucks’ continue to upset the bracket, this time knocking off No. 2 Pennridge. The defensive battle was decided by penalty kicks, with CB West winning 4-3. The Bucks will take on a familiar foe in the semifinals when they visit CB East on Tuesday. The teams split their regular season series.

No. 14 Central Bucks East 5, No. 6 Abington 2

Gwyn Krystkiewicz scored three goals to lead the Patriots past Abington in a high-scoring quarterfinal game. Elliot Forney netted a pair of goals in the win, while Cam Williams, who leads the team in scoring, had three assists. Maura Day scored both goals for the Ghosts. Abington will go to the playback tournament for a chance at a state playoff berth. CB East will host CB West in Tuesday’s semifinal. The rivals split their regular season series, with CB East winning the most recent game 1-0. CB West won 3-2 in the first game.

Second round, Thursday, October 27:

No. 5 Neshaminy 4, No. 21 Garnet Valley 1

Kylie Maxwell scored three goals, Neshaminy’s second hat trick of the playoffs, in the Class 4A second round win. Carly Fox also had a goal as Neshaminy cruised to the win. Hannah LaBadie had a great outing in goal for Neshaminy. Neshaminy will be on the road for the first time this postseason when they visit No. 4 Lower Merion in the quarterfinals on Saturday.

No. 26 Central Bucks West 2, No. 23 Downingtown West

For the first time since 2014, the Bucks will play in the quarterfinals. After a first-round upset of Hatboro-Horsham, the Bucks shutout Downingtown West, with  Emery Sterling and Mackenzie Gausch scoring a goal apiece. The defense, led by Courtney Moylan and Ava Longo, secured the shutout for the Bucks. CB West will face No. 2 Pennridge in the quarterfinals - Pennridge won both of the regular season meetings (1-0, 3-0).

No. 14 Central Bucks East 2, No. 3 Avon Grove 1

Facing an undefeated Avon Grove, the Patriots were undaunted. Cam Williams, the Patriots’ leading scorer, netted her 14th goal in the first half to give CBE a 1-0 lead. Gwyn Krystkiewicz added another goal in the second half, which would be very important as Avon Grove later scored. The Patriots will visit No. 6 Abington in Saturday’s quarterfinal. The Patriots won the regular season meeting 5-4.

No. 6 Abington 1, No. 11 Council Rock South 0

Maura Day sent a free kick Piper McGinley’s way, and McGinley hit the back of the net to give the Ghosts the first lead of the game. McGinley’s goal would hold as the game-winner in the intense second-rout bout. The Golden Hawks saw their season come to an end after a strong 13-4-3 campaign. Abington will play no. 14 CB East in Saturday’s quarterfinal game. The two teams played in the regular season opener, with CB East edging Abington 5-4.

No. 2 Pennridge 3, No. 15 Council Rock North 2

The Indians struck first, with a goal by Maya Raghunandanan, to take a 1-0 lead into halftime. But the Rams tied things up with a goal from Tori Angelo, and Joey Tomlinson scored to give the Rams the lead. The Indians weren’t done though, as Kate Thomson netted the equalizer. With under 10 minutes to go, Liv Grenda scored the game-winner for the Rams. The Indians’ season came to a close with a 12-5-3 record. The Rams will host 26th-seeded CB West in Saturday's quarterfinal. Pennridge won both regular season meetings (1-0, 3-0) between the two teams.

First round, Tuesday, October 25:

No. 5 Neshaminy 5, No. 28 Ridley 2

Mercedez Paino had herself a night, scoring three goals in the first 20 minutes of Neshaminy’s first round playoff win. Kylie Maxwell had a pair of goals that added some insurance for Neshaminy after Ridley scored twice. Carly Fox and Angelina Daino helped key the offensive attack. Neshaminy hosts No. 21 Garnet Valley on Thursday.

No. 15 Council Rock North 1, No. 18 Quakertown 0 (OT)

Mia Cairone was the hero in the Indians’ overtime win against Quakertown. Minutes after she came close to ending it, Cairone hit a breakaway into the back of the net for the game-winner. Indians’ goalie Danielle Eden kept the shutout intact through overtime, making several tough saves. CR North will face No. 2 Pennridge next round. Quakertown concluded a successful season with a 9-8-2 record.

No. 26 Central Bucks West 2, No. 7 Hatboro-Horsham 1 (OT)

In the biggest upset of the first round, the 26th-seeded Bucks knocked out seventh-seeded Hatboro-Horsham in overtime. Ashley Lott scored the game-winner for the Bucks, who led until the final minute of regulation, when Cait Carpenter scored for the Hatters. Emily Sterling scored in the first half for the Bucks. CB West will play the 23rd-seeded Downingtown West in the next round. Hatboro-Horsham concluded a great season with a 12-2-2 record.

No. 14 Central Bucks East 3, No. 19 Spring-Ford 0

Madelyn Hill scored a pair of goals in the second half, after Grace Craig gave CB East the lead in the first half, as the Patriots cruised to the first round win. Cam Williams, the Patriots’ leading scorer, had an assist, as did Sophie Schorn. The Patriots will visit No. 3 Avon Grove for Thursday’s second round game.

No. 6 Abington 2, No. 27 Plymouth Whitemarsh 1 (OT)

Lily Gray scored in overtime to give the Ghosts a hard-fought victory in the first round. Maura Day scored in the second half to tie the game and force overtime. Abington will host No. 11 CR South on Thursday.

No. 11 Council Rock South 2, No. 22 Phoenixville 0

Zoe Brossman and Ashley Yeager scored first half goals giving the Golden Hawks a nice cushion en route to their first round win. The Golden Hawks will visit No. 6 Abington on Thursday.

No. 2 Pennridge has first round bye

Class 3A (two teams advance to PIAA tournament)

Semifinals, Tuesday, November 1:

No. 1 Upper Perkiomen 2, No. 4 Gwynedd Mercy 1

Caroline Drakely scored on a cross from Hannah Griffin to tie the semifinal game at 1-1 in the second half. That’s how it would remain until overtime, when Kyra Lesko scored the game-winner for Upper Perkiomen. Ellie Verrill was terrific in goal, as she has been all season, for the Monarchs, making seven saves against the top-seed. The Monarchs finished a successful season with a 12-7-1 record.

No. 6 Bishop Shanahan 1 (3-1 PK), No. 7 Villa Joseph Marie 1

Faith Sullivan, who had a hat trick in the Jems’ quarterfinal win, scored to give VJM an early 1-0 lead in Tuesday’s Class 3A semifinal. Bishop Shanahan’s Alexa Callahan scored to tie the game minutes later, and a strong defensive effort from the Jems kept it that way through two overtime periods. With the game coming down to penalty kicks, Shanahan edged the Jems 3-1. The Jems’ (10-9-1) season came to an end with the loss, as only two Class 3A teams advance to the PIAA state tournament. This is the first time in over 10 years that the Jems missed out on the state playoffs.

Second round, Wed/Thurs. October 26- 27

No. 4 Gwynedd Mercy 3, No. 5 Radnor 0

Riley Morris, Keira Cassidy and Sabrina Beniquez scored a goal apiece as the Monarchs cruised to the win in Wednesday’s Class 3A quarterfinal. Ellie Verrill recorded five saves in goal en route to the shutout. The Monarchs will play the winner of Thursday’s game between No. 1 Upper Perkiomen and No. 9 Marple Newtown in the semifinal round on Tuesday.

No. 7 Villa Joseph Marie 3, No. 2 Villa Maria 1

A huge game by Faith Sullivan propelled the Jems to the Class 3A semifinals. Sullivan scored all three goals to lead the Jems in an upset of No. 2 Villa Maria. Kiley Johnson assisted on two of the goals, and Kendall Gayton had an assist on the other.

First round, Tuesday, October 25:

No. 9 Marple Newtown 2, No. 8 Upper Moreland 1

Maggie Brophy scored the game-tying goal in the second half, but the Golden Bears saw their season come to an end in overtime by Marple Newtown. The Golden Bears finished with a record of 9-8-2.

No. 7 Villa Joseph Marie 3, No. 10  Lower Moreland 1 

Three players scored for the Jems in their first round victory. Freshman Taylor Houtz and juniors Becca Morein and Adriana Houtz scored a goal apiece to vault the Jems into the quarterfinals. VJM will visit No. 2 Villa Maria in Thursday’s quarterfinal. This will be the third meeting this season for the two Villas. Villa Maria won the first matchup, 4-0, while the last game ended in a 0-0 tie in the regular season finale.

No. 4 Gwynedd Mercy has first-round bye

Class 1A (one team advances to PIAA tournament)

District One Class 1A Champion: Dock Mennonite

District 1/D12 Qualifier, Nov. 1:

Dock Mennonite defeated District 12's MaST Charter 8-0 in the PIAA qualifying game. The Pioneers will begin play in the PIAA state tournament on Tuesday when they face the District 12 champion.

No. 2 Dock Mennonite 2, No. 1 Faith Christian 1

In the 49th minute, Billinda Leisner got her foot on a loose ball in front of the frame and blasted it into the back of the net to give the Pioneers a 2-1 victory over Faith at Central Bucks West’s War Memorial Field and the District One championship. Kenzie Derstine scored the first goal of the game to give Dock an early lead. Minutes later, Cassidy Norley tied the game on an assist from freshman Emma Ziskowski. Ten minutes later, Leisner scored the go-ahead goal. The game was a rematch of last year's championship game, which Faith won 2-1. Dock will play District 12 team MaST Charter for a spot in the PIAA playoffs. Faith's highly successful season came to an end with a 14-5 record.

Semifinals, Wednesday, October 26:

No. 1 Faith Christian 3, No. 4 Delco Christian 0

No. 2 Dock Mennonite 1, No. 3 Calvary Christian 0

Quarterfinals, Tuesday, October 25:
