Last year's co-Northern Indiana Conference MVP was as dominant as anyone in the South Bend area, scoring 29 goals and adding 10 assists in 20 games. That is more than double the amount of goals Frick scored in her first two seasons combined. Frick scored in 16 of Saint Joe's games, recording four hat tricks against Elkhart Central, Penn, Glenn and Mishawaka.
