Gisele Bündchen Buys Miami Mansion Next to Tom Brady’s for $11.5 Million

After announcing the end of her marriage to Tom Brady just two weeks ago, supermodel Gisele Bündchen is now the owner of a Miami Beach area house—right across the creek from where Brady's mansion is being built. In February, months before the couple split, she bought an Art Deco-style cottage in the small town of Surfside for $1.25 million. Now TMZ reports that she closed on a $11.5 million home that is swimming distance from Brady’s home that is undergoing renovations.

TMZ also shared that sources connected with the former couple said Brady was aware of his ex-wife’s plans of purchasing the property, in hopes to make co-parenting their two children easier. (They share 12-year-old Benjamin and nine-year-old Vivian.) Bündchen’s new estate is tucked away on a private cul-de-sac, giving the Brazil-native privacy for herself and her children.

In 2020, Brady and Bündchen purchased a $17 million plot of land on Indian Creek Island, also known as Billionaire Bunker because of the wealthy residents including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and activist investor Carl Icahn. The couple tore down the existing 5,772-square home and began building an eco-friendly mansion in its place, which is still under construction.

Bündchen‘s stunning new property spans 6,600 square feet, includes five-bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and has soaring 25-foot ceilings and numerous terraces with views of the water. It features an outdoor pool, a home theater, a gym, an eat-in kitchen that opens to a patio, a playroom for the kids, and a dock out back. The home sits on a 18,400-square-foot waterfront plot and has a relaxing outdoor area that sports a dock, large pool, and access to the creek.
