Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady Celebrate Easter with Their Kids at Disneyland

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are enjoying some family time this Easter.

The supermodel, 38, shared photos on Instagram of their kids Benjamin, 9, Vivian, 6, and stepson Jack, 11 (Brady’s son shared with ex Bridget Moynahan) at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, on Saturday and Sunday.

“Happy Easter! Sending all my love to you and your families!” the mother of two wrote.

“Cousins reunited,” she captioned a photo of their children at California Adventure.
