Giving Circle of Hope Awards $45K To 3 NoVa Nonprofits

RESTON, VA — For the 17th consecutive year, Giving Circle of Hope (GCH) awarded $45,000 in grant money to help three local nonprofits supporting Northern Virginia communities in need. The funds will help three nonprofits assisting individuals facing financial and operational challenges due to the coronavirus pandemic.

GCH awarded grants to the following organizations:

  • Dulles South Food Pantry provides nutritious food and personal supplies to individuals in need in the Dulles South and surrounding areas.

  • Herndon-Reston FISH assists Northern Virginians in short-term financial crisis with rental assistance, paying utilities, and other needs

  • Culmore Clinic offers low-cost medical services to patients in the Culmore-Bailey’s Crossroads community.

According to a GCH release, these organizations provide a variety of services to their respective communities in times of crisis, which matches GCH's mission to improve communities, engage neighbors, and create a positive impact.
