Gogglebox announces Masked Singer judge for celebrity special

The Masked Singer judge Nicole Scherzinger will appear on Celebrity Gogglebox's Stand Up to Cancer special.
The singer, who is part of the judging panel on the US version of the reality singing competition, will be joined on the couch by her fiancé Thom Evans.
Announcing the latest additions on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) alongside a picture of the couple, Gogglebox wrote: "Say hello to @NicoleScherzy and Thom Evans! We can't wait to see them on our star-studded special of Gogglebox for SU2CUK this Friday."

The pair will join Peaky Blinders star Stephen Graham and his family, Absolutely Fabulous icon Jennifer Saunders and her daughter Beattie Edmondson, and comedians Bob Mortimer and Richard Ayoade.
More stars will continue to be announced in the lead-up to the show, which will air on Channel 4 this Friday (November 3) at 9pm.
Scherzinger got engaged to ex-rugby player Evans in June, at the time taking to Instagram to share romantic pictures of the proposal and writing: "I said yes". The post received thousands of likes and well-wishes from the former Pussycat Doll's celebrity pals.

It's been a busy year for Scherzinger, who was also recently replaced by Rita Ora on the 11th season of The Masked Singer US, after joining the West End production of Sunset Boulevard in September. The show will run until January 6, 2024.
Ahead of her return to the stage as Norma Desmond in the iconic musical, composer Andrew Lloyd Webber shared his excitement at Scherzinger's casting.
"We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to create a new production of this fascinating piece with the extraordinary Nicole Scherzinger," he said. "Nicole is one of the finest singers I have worked with, and I can't wait to get started on this exciting show with her and the rest of this brilliant team."
Celebrity Gogglebox Stand Up to Cancer airs on Channel 4 on Friday, November 3, at 9pm.
