Going to the 2023 Dogwood Festival? Here's the schedule for Friday-Sunday

The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival returns this weekend for its 41st year and will feature three days of national musical acts, food and rides.

The festival is free to attend, but "Best Seats in the House" tickets are available for $25 on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or $60 for a three-day pass at thedogwoodfestival.com/tickets.

FRIDAY

Festival hours: 5 to 11 p.m.

KidZone: KidZone by Carolina Fun Factory, located in Festival Park, features games and entertainment for children and is open 5 to 9 p.m.

Midway: The midway, located at the corner of Mason Street and Ray Avenue in the Masonic Lodge parking lot, is open 5 to 10:30 p.m.

North Carolina Education Lottery and WKML 95.7 country night: Country night features performances by TJ Johnson at 6:30 p.m., Ashland Craft at 8 p.m. and David Nail at 9:30 p.m. on the Festival Park stage.

Boom & Bloom: The fireworks show is 11 p.m. in Festival Park following David Nail's performance. (Rain date is Saturday)

SATURDAY

Festival hours: Noon to 11 p.m.

Air Born Aerials: These acrobatic entertainers perform at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. near the Festival Park Plaza food court.

Axes & Armor Hatchet House: Test your ax-throwing skills for free from noon to 6 p.m. at the mobile trailer on Gillespie Street.

BMX Shows: BMX shows are on Hay Street near Fayetteville City Hall at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. There are meet-and-greets after each show.

The Climbing Wall: The free attraction for adults and children is available noon to 6 p.m. on Gillespie Street.

Downtown DJ: The Downtown DJ will host a dance party on Gillespie Street from noon to 6 p.m.

Performance area: From noon to 6 p.m. in front of the Market House, facing Hay Street, the following acts will perform: Shimmy Mob at noon; The Little Gym at 12:30 p.m.; Shadows of Fire at 12:45 p.m.; Canton Attilium at 1:30 p.m.; Heartsong Tribal at 2 p.m.; Action Zone CMA at 2:30 p.m.; Teralyn Harris at 3 p.m.; Shadows of Fire at 3:15 p.m.; Aloha Ka'naka O Hula Halau at 4 p.m.; Lmusicpass at 4:30 p.m.; Chris Delawder at 5 p.m.; and Yvette's Dance Academy at 5:30 p.m.

Ring Wars Carolina: Ring Wars Carolina hosts a wrestling tournament at noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. at Ray Avenue and Hay Street

Street Fair: Visit vendors and sponsors from noon to 6 p.m. on Hay Street

Trackless Train: Take a free ride on the trackless train, starting at the Market House, between 1 and 5 p.m.

North Carolina Education Lottery and Rock 103 Rock Night: Rock night features performances by Dirt Road Sinnerz at 2 p.m.; Stone Dolls at 3:45 p.m.; Worn Out Welcome at 5:30 p.m.; Lit at 7:30 p.m.; and Buckcherry at 9 p.m. on the Festival Park Stage.

SUNDAY

Festival hours: Noon to 9 p.m.

Ring Wars Carolina: Noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. at Ray Avenue and Hay Street.

Street Fair: From noon to 6 p.m. on Hay Street

BOB 96.5 Tribute Night: Tribute Night features a performance by Who's Bad — The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience at 7:30 p.m. on the Festival Park stage. Also performing at the Festival Park stage on Sunday: Southern Haze Band at 2:30 p.m.; Michael Daughtry at 4 p.m.; and Throwback Collaboration Band at 5:30 p.m.
