Going to Boulevardia this year? Here’s what you need to know
Boulevardia hits Crown Center in downtown Kansas City this weekend. The local music festival is the biggest in the city, and brings national and local acts together for two days of fun.
The festival runs on Friday from 4 to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 11 p.m. There is no rain in the forecast, but the festival will happen rain or shine.

WHERE TO PARK
The Crown Center garages are free for Boulevardia weekend after 6 p.m. on Friday, and it’s first come, first served. The garage is accessed on Grand Boulevard, which is south of the main entrance for Crown Center’s shopping mall.
Paid lots can also be found around the area if the Crown Center garage fills up, or you can find free street parking nearby and take the streetcar, which stops at Union Station on Main Street, right by Washington Square Park.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Tickets for Boulevardia are now $50 for general admission and $55 for tickets bought on the day of the festival. VIP passes are still available for $140 each day.
WHAT ITEMS AREN’T ALLOWED?
Boulevardia security will ask you to put these items back if you bring them with you
Bottles and cans
Chemicals
Coolers
Fireworks and smoke bombs
Illegal drugs. Marijuana is also not allowed on festival grounds.
Outside food and drinks
Outside lawn chairs or camping chairs
Oversized backpacks, suitcase and large beach bags
Picnic baskets
Skateboards, ice skates or roller shoes. Roller skates can only be worn at the BLVDIA Roller Skating Party from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday
Unapproved pamphlets, handouts and advertisements
Weapons, such as firearms, knives, pepper spray and stun guns
Other items can be deemed inadmissible by event management and all bags, jackets, purses and guests are subject to search when they enter the event or at any time during the festival.

WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO?
Silent Disco runs from 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and 3 to 11 p.m. on Saturday at the Crown Center Ice Terrace. A roller skating party takes place at the Ice Terrace from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
Special passes to skip the line at Silent Disco can be purchased separately for $20.
