Going to a Cardinals game? Here are 5 new restaurants to try around Westgate in Glendale

Whether you're looking for a bar to hit up after an Arizona Cardinals game at State Farm Stadium or grabbing a bite to eat before a concert at Gila River Arena, Glendale's Westgate Entertainment District and the area around it are the most convenient options.

The area continues to grow, and there are several new restaurants and bars now open and offering everything from decadent milkshakes to Korean fast food to barbecue.

Looking ahead, some upcoming dining options include Tacos Culichi, a Mexican restaurant serving Sinaloa-style ceviche and hot dogs, plus tacos and consomé; Pokitrition, a sushi burrito and poke bowl joint; and Bruster's Ice Cream, a national counter-serve chain with ice cream made on-site.

You can find games, cocktails, brunch and giant milkshakes at this arcade bar from Salt Entertainment Group, which also owns SALT Tacos y Tequila and Whiskey Rose in Westgate. There's a patio area with turf, but the highlight of the establishment is the carousel-shaped bar, complete with bright lights and bold colors.

This fast-food restaurant chain is known for Korean barbecue flavors served in a cup with white rice, cabbage mix and sweet potato noodles. Toppings include fried chicken, potstickers and tofu, with kimchi available as a side. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.
